Special alert: Impact of Covid-19 on conveyancing

The current Covid-19 crisis has had unprecedented effects on the property market, businesses and individuals. MyProperty Conveyancer will be complying with the Australian government's recommendations for social distancing and will not be seeing clients in person unless absolutely necessary.

Fortunately, MyProperty Conveyancer is fully equipped to operate remotely as we are onboard with the current electronic conveyancing workspace PEXA. We also use ID verification via Infotrack's WebVOI system which can be done in the comfort of your own home, see more information about it's security here: https://www.infotrack.com.au/products/web-voi/security-legislation-compliance/ .

This crisis also may impact buyers and sellers in ways such as delaying any property inspections, valuations as well as affecting contact with removalist companies, bankers and brokers or real estate agents. MyProperty Conveyancer will be dealing with these issues on a case by case basis and are happy to continue assisting you in your property transactions.
